Event Policies and Expectations

At Anime Night Mart, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all attendees, vendors, staff, and venue partners. By attending, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and follow all event rules, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Anime Night Mart reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event at its sole discretion, without refund, for behavior that violates these policies or disrupts the experience of others.

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abuse of any kind toward attendees, vendors, staff, or guests
  
  
• Stalking, intimidation, or persistent unwanted attention
  
  
• Threats, statements, or acts of violence
  
  
• Taking photos or videos of individuals without their consent in a manner that invades privacy or causes discomfort
  
  
• Disruptive, obscene, or inappropriate behavior, including excessive intoxication
  
  
• Engaging in unsafe or reckless conduct in event or public areas
  
  
• Bringing weapons of any kind without prior written authorization and proper clearance
  
  
• Failure or refusal to comply with instructions from event staff, security, or venue personnel
  
  
• Possession or use of illegal substances or drug paraphernalia
  
  
• Damage to property belonging to the venue, vendors, or other attendees
  
  
• Unauthorized selling, solicitation, or distribution of materials without prior approval
  
  

Additional Guidelines

• Costumes & Props: Cosplay is encouraged; however, all props must be safe, non-functional, and comply with venue regulations. Staff may inspect or restrict items at their discretion.
  
  
• Photography & Media: By attending, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform a staff member.
  
  
• Personal Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Anime Night Mart is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  
  
• Health & Safety: Please follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions from staff. In case of emergency, follow venue procedures and staff direction immediately.
  
  
• Minors: Attendees under the age of 18 must follow venue rules and may be required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, depending on venue policy.
  
  

Enforcement

Violations of these policies may result in immediate removal from the event without refund. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
